Handling toddlers around baby

I’ve got a 5 year old boy who is hyper active. He adores the baby but it is tricky to control his energy around her. I’m worried he might hurt her by mistake. She is 1 month old now.

How do you handle toddlers around baby?

What rules/restrictions do you have? What are the things that you would let the toddler do?

Any tips to build the sibling relationship?
