HELP! Acid Reflux

I started Zepbound, and every time I take the injection, I have severe acid reflux for about 3 days, to the point where I cannot even sleep. I went to the dentist, and I have severe decay. Does anyone else have this issue? Any tips? Should I switch to a different brand?
