Dog jumped at me playfully and chipped my front tooth. Wtd?

Walked a dog today, she’s a repeat client and one of my favorites. She jumped at my face today when she was excited and knocked my tooth and it chipped, visibly.

Does rover have any way to support with this in terms of insurance?
