Amazon sellers: How would you increase sales for a small hair-brush brand?

Hey everyone, my dad runs a small hair-brush brand called VANITY PRO Brush, and I’m helping him with the Amazon side of the business.

The products are professional round styling brushes, including thermal brushes designed for volume and boar-bristle brushes for blowouts/shine. We’re trying to figure out how to get more sales on Amazon and compete with the bigger, more established brands.

For experienced Amazon sellers, what would you focus on first?
