Question about making friends outside of the org

So little backstory I’ve been in the org my whole life I’m 19f now and definitely pimo but only recently really realized it, as most people in the org all my friends are JWs too and I don’t think anyone would go against the org and keep talking to me if I do eventually decide to get out whether I get df’d or not they are too deep in. Anyways like the title says I’m just wondering how you guys may have made friends outside the org? I’m more introverted and have a hard time in social situations with brand new people but I really want to make new friends who won’t completely shut me out of their lives. Basically I want to start now so when/if I do eventually leave I’m not completely alone without any support system, also will add that I am either lesbian or bisexual haven’t completely figured that out yet lol
