I coded a bridge to link Elegoo Centauri Carbon to Obico
Hi guys,
I'm new to 3D Printing and I got some (newbie) issues with it, such as misconfiguration linking to spaghettification of my 3Dprints.
I did some research and I found Obico, seemed like a great open-source self-hosted project so I added it to my docker infrastructure, and I was surprised to see that I couldn't add my beloved Elegoo Centauri Carbon to it.
So, using AI 'cause am a dirty sysadmin that hates coding, I built a bridge to add the Elegoo Centauri Carbon to it, by reverse-engineering the WebUI's javascript and speak to the printer's native SDCP protocol and exposes a Moonraker-compatible API.
No need to install OpenCentauri or setup any custom firmware, everything works out of the box, you just have to install Obico using their documentation, and install the bridge I made using the script (all the code is open-source and readable).
To all my nerdy-nerds, enjoy !
