[Fo4] What mods make Fallout 4 feel like a modern-day “Fallout 5”?

I’ve been wanting to replay Fallout 4, but I’d really like to make it feel less like a 2015 game and more like what I imagine Fallout 5 would feel like if it came out today.
I’m not necessarily looking for a massive graphics overhaul. I’m more interested in modernizing the actual gameplay and overall experience like UI mods.
