Energy

Ive had the ability for a while now to manifest something in my hands. Truly, I have no clue what it is, but I call it energy. I usually just play around with it, imagine its different shapes and make toys for myself to pass time, but recently I discovered that if I focus while using it I can move things??? I was meditating and just has it in my hands and just for kicks I tried moving a string hanging off my shelf and it WORKED. And now that im done I feel sleepy and woozy. Pls lmk if im just making things up or if this is real, and how to utilise it if it is.
