Is there a way to select specific levels in Sonic 1 and 2 like Sonic 3's file select? (Origins)

I've been playing through the classic games via Sonic Origins + the Ultrafix mod and it has been an absolute blast. But sometimes I want to play a specific level with all chaos emeralds so I can turn super for fun. Sonic 3 has this via it's file select, once you beat the game, you can go back to any level you want with the chaos or hyper emeralds.

I know Sonic Origins doesn't have this and you need to implement the secret code in order to access the stage select, but then I would need to remember another cheat code for getting all of the chaos emeralds. Is there a mod for origins that allows me to continue my save from any point in the game instead of the final zone?
