27F with 6+ years experience but no luck with job

I have been job hunting for the past 8 months with no luck. I carry an extensive experience in business development and my last experience was qith a startup I helped scale to up to 200k USD per month revenue. However I am unable to find a job in riyadh for the past 8 months despite having such an experience.
My field is mainly consultancy and I donot speak Arabic only english.

How was the job search been for consultants here especially as an expat? And what are the chances of finding a decent job here. Share your experiences
