[Req] ($100) (Philadelphia, PA, USA) (Repay $200 on 9/21) (Venmo,Apple Pay)

I am reposting my request for a lesser amount to avoid the post deletion rule (also I was able to secure one of my medical supplies on ebay). In short, I am requesting $100 to purchase a diabetic pump due to my insurance issue. I was able to secure the blood sugar sensor so that is why I am no longer asking for the full $250. I can repay at 100% fee on or earlier than 9/21. As always I can provide any necessary proof of income, ID, ect. Thanks guys!
