Any Tips on what to pursue?

Veterans Readiness and Employment (VR&E) :mortarboard:

I am 30M, I did four years in the navy as a CTR. I don’t have much work experience and I have physical disabilities that would make physical labor harder but not impossible. Any recommendations on degrees or certifications I should pursue using chapter 31?
