Pick automation

I am new in working in pick at Amazon fc. I have questions about the automation but am unsure how to ask, like clearing the faults and about the light bar sensors and stuff. Is anyone going to teach me or how do I ask about it, because I don’t know the verbiage I need to say to get the info I want.
