Introduction and question

Hi, I have been lurking and this is my first time posting? I am 50 something and my mother and my sister are malignant narcissists. I can’t talk to my sister at all because she also has an undiagnosed mental illness and she doesn’t want treatment.

My father died 7 months ago from complications from dementia. I alternate between low contact and grey rock. I do have a therapist and I don’t feel like I am still looking for approval. I don’t have a f2f support people.

Are there any support groups online that really are free? The meetups are not free. I haven’t been successful at finding anything that’s not free or 12 step.
