Is therapy free in countries with universal healthcare?

Sorry if this is silly, but I was watching Hulu when an ad for therapy came up and the ad said ‘covered by insurance’ and it got me wondering.. for countries with universal healthcare and insurance isn’t something you enroll in or use when seeking medical care, is therapy included? (I am in the US, btw) Are you able to seek out therapy and actually get help with great professionals? It also had me wondering if that’s why people from other countries seem to be just so much better mentally than those in the US.
