Selling an Iphone with 80% Battery? What grade is it?

I have an Iphone 12 64GB

its really good condition physically no blemishes or dents

however battery is at 80%. I can get a day of usage so probs about 6-8 hours screen on time?

would CEX downgrade it from a B (as no box) to a C? Or not take it?
