IHC issues notice to all IGs and CSs

A larger bench will hear the case, with notices issued to the AG, provincial IGs and Advocates General.

KP IG was denied two days extension to gather reports.

Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ruled that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party's planned September 27 nationwide protest and long march is unlawful. And federal govt can use any force necessary to deter protestors ( guns etc )

Even though the constitution of Pakistan allows the right to protest and assemble anywhere. Under article 16 of the constitution which has been destroyed in the recent amendments.
