I cut myself and it’s not going away

I was showering last week, and I cut myself down there on my left lip. A few days later, when I would pee it my urethra would burn. Went to the hospital, they tested me for chlamydia, trich, and gonnorrhea, it was negative. The doc said that he saw white blood cells though so he gave me medicine for a uti even though the uti and yeast infection test came back negative as well. I’m on day 5 on the medication, and now I’m starting to bleed down there. I’m going to the obgyn tmr to get tested for hsv2 and I’m so scared that I have it, bc all of the signs point to yes.
