Xbox to Dedicated Server /Crossplay

I've been able to connect perfectly for the last 5 months or so. I'm playing on a console, others are on steam/PC. It's a hosted dedicated server.

Just after the 1.0 patch, if crossplay is enabled, it blocks out the PC Steam Users and myself. If crossplay is disabled, the PC users can log in, but I still cannot.

They don't seem to get a Join Code when starting the server up, and nobody can log in when crossplay is enabled. So they can't send it to me.

I see some posts about ports needing to be enabled, but did any of that change with 1.0? It worked fine before.

I use the server URL on Xbox, Now I just get the red X for their remote server.
