How to change silica gel packs inside headlights?

My left headlight is a bit foggy and has been for a month now. I’ve learnt that it’s probably the silica gel packs inside the LED assembly need changing.

Anyone done this themselves? How hard is it and did you get OEM replacements or just any similarly sized pack?

Rather not pay them €300 to swap out a bag that I can do myself
