I got called a larper for trying to dress jirai?

I don’t really know how to properly title this but lately ive been trying to start dressing in the jiraikei fashion and makeup because I think it’s so pretty.

But there’s another jiraikei girl in my class and I was really excited to maybe get to know her! So I built up my confidence to finally talk to her and she completed dismissed me. She said I was a larp and a faker.
She said because I’m very against and outspoken about things such as alcohol and drugs that I’m a faker and I should stop trying to pretend to be one of “us”.
She also said some other reasons for me being a ‘larp’ but I don’t wish to repeat them as I believe she pushed a line with what else she said so I will not repeat here out of respect for everybody who may not want to hear.

I’m so confused because when I look it up it doesn’t say anything like that being something linked to this. 🥹

I do think I should maybe do more research into jiraikei, that’s something I will try do before continuing to dress in such ways
