Kraken is a SCAM ❌❌❌ — no answers, no phone support

On August 28, I deposited €15,000 to Kraken to buy Bitcoin.

Since then, my funds have been blocked.

It’s September 10. 2 weeks**. €15,000 inaccessible**. Support gives me no concrete resolution and, unlike some competitors, I have no way to call anyone.

I understand KYC/AML checks. What I don’t understand is locking €15,000 for over two weeks while leaving the customer with no clear explanation, no deadline and no phone support.

If this is how Kraken treats customers when something goes wrong, why would anyone trust them with a serious amount of money?

Kraken: I don’t need another generic support message. I need my money back.
