First pregnancy and I can’t see my OB until the 24th — what did you do in the meantime?

Need Advice

First-time mom and very early in pregnancy! I’m super excited, but I feel like I’m in this weird limbo period where I have approximately 900 questions and no one to ask.
My first OB appointment isn’t until September 24th, and my OB’s office doesn’t really take phone calls/questions before then. Meanwhile, I’m already having plenty of symptoms, nausea, dizziness here and there, stomach issues/slow digestion, random cramping, food aversions, and some mornings where I genuinely feel hungover despite obviously not drinking.
Every new sensation has me wondering, “Is this normal early pregnancy stuff, or is this something I should actually be concerned about?”
For anyone else who had to wait several weeks for their first appointment, what did you do when you had questions or symptoms before you were established with your OB? Did you use urgent care, your primary care doctor, a nurse line through insurance, or just wait unless something felt seriously wrong?
I’m not looking for medical advice; mostly curious how other first-time moms handled this awkward period before that first appointment because September 24th currently feels approximately 700 years away.

10 weeks.
