Renewal tenancy ajman

Just want to know, regarding processing of renewal tenancy contract in ajman. Are you guys submitting your NOC certificate from ajman sewerage to real estate to upload/submit along with other documents in Tasdeeq? The real estate did not ask for any docs, other docs submitted to them last year such as passport, emirates id are still valid so i believe they have it on the file and submit those docs along with landlord docs in tasdeeq.
