How do I add my ACT?

On the portal there is an option to add a pdf of my “Official Act/Sat Score” however, I am not able to (or at least do not see how to) download a pdf of my ACT score. How can I upload this? I have the DAP2 in an hour so any insight would be greatly appreciated
