Dumb vine review question

When did Vine add the required children's age and suitability question at the end of the review for party items?

I have an upcoming 60th party and I ordered some party decorations and a cake topper.

Both clearly say "Happy 60th Birthday". When I do the reviews, I am required to select a child's age it is suitable for and if it was appropriate for them. The maximum age you can select is 13+.

I chose 13+ for the first item and selected not appropriate for them since it is for a 60th birthday party and I got my first ever "poor" rating!

The second item I selected that it is appropriate for 13+ and I will see what rating I get.

How crazy are these mandatory questions!
