How do you find a gf if you don't really go out?

Just curious, as someone who works full time and then goes gym after work I don't really have much time. I don't go to pubs, bars or clubs so if I were to hypothetically find someone ... Where should I look?

I always say, they say "there's plenty of fish in the sea" but what if you can't find the sea... Or what if you just don't know where to fish 😅
