Tires of building PCs. Is this a decent price?

My old gaming pc is shorting out motherboards and frying them. Took it apart twice only to ruin a board each time. It's a very old case, which I liked about it but is getting to be too much of a hassle to keep upgrading. This HP Omen ticks pretty much all boxes for me. I'm just looking for secondary opinions on the price.
