Not sure what I'm doing with my life, need advice

hello, im sharing my profile for guidance because i feel lost rn..

I'm pursuing English hons from DU tier 1.5 college. Currently in my 4th yr will graduate with a research dissertation and psych minor next year. Had PCB-Psych in school but i had interest in english and psychology.

After joining college I developed interest in marketing. Things i mention on my CV, i have done internships in:

-HR in a hospital

-digital marketing remotely at a web-publishing startup

-currently doing marketing at a skincare startup

-have done on-ground social work

-semrush, mckinsey, ibm marketing certificates

-2 PORs this year in clg societies (in graphics and social media)

-(school achievement) Global distinction in international chem quiz

I dont have big brand names/achievements on my cv. My parents and relatives work in medical field. I need solid guidance and whether it's possible for me to get into marketing without an MBA right now. Ppl from bcom, bbe etc get placed in my college so I'll try for referrals or ppo off-campus.
