Since I have a used Tesla model Y 2026 standard I bought few weeks ago for 4,600 miles:
Throughout my life I’ve been with gas cars and they would usually have a set amount of miles before refilling your car (350-500 mile range) but for Tesla standard I believe when your battery health is 100% and 100% charged the mileage is 321 but now since my battery health is 95% when I charge my Tesla to 100% (ik it’s bad) it’s 309 miles and for a 80% charge it’s 250ish miles. I’ve heard that when your battery degrades throughout time your milage goes down. Since I drive a lot and I’m in socal, after 5 years of driving my model Y, do y’all know what the approximate battery health of my model Y would be? (Note I use a supercharger since my apartment doesn’t allow home chargers 😭) also, do u recommend getting the batteries replaced or just get a new tesla after 5 years? (And I believe the car would be 100k+ miles by then)
