ChatGPT Library Images Disappearing/Reappearing?

Has anyone else had images randomly disappear from the ChatGPT Library?

I was cleaning mine out with multi-select/delete, the app froze, and afterward a whole chunk of older images vanished from the Library — not just the ones I deleted. They weren’t in Recently Deleted, and Library search couldn’t find them either.

I asked another chat to bring up one of the 'missing' images, and it was still able to get it. Then the missing images briefly reappeared in my Library and disappeared again later.

The Library us only showing 40 images, and adding/retrieving another seemed to bump one off the end, and it comes back when I delete the newbie.

So the images apparently still exist, but the Library index/display seems to be glitching. Has anyone else seen this, especially on Android?
