Personalised PPTs in cold outreach using AI

I was watching a YouTube video where she was explaining a workflow that sends every prospect a personalised outbound strategy PPT using AI.

In the video, she mentioned that each of these PPTs is tailored to the prospect's specific company. So not a single PPT was the same.

I have broken down the entire workflow here in just three simple steps.

She was using two AI agents, to create this at scale.

The first one is Gamma AI, and the second one is Claude Code.

Step 1: Lead list in a Google Sheet. Company name and website is enough to start.

Step 2: Claude Code runs a qualifier skill. It opens each prospect's website, checks it against the ICP criteria you give it, and tags the row qualified or not.

Step 3: A second skill (Gamma Deck Creator) calls Gamma's MCP server from inside Claude Code and builds a deck for each qualified company, using what it read on their site.

Once the decks are done, claude writes every deck link back into the same Google Sheet, next to the lead. So the sheet becomes the campaign database.
