where to keep emergency fund?

I keep hearing you should put your emergency fund in a savings account with good rates, but all of the banks are provifing low rates ( im with TD) I checked and it seems Wealthsimple is having the highest % but I feel nervous to put my money in an account where there is no physical branch and taking money out is not as easy as going to an ATM.
