Police Character certificate

Hi

I need help with police character certificate. I have applied for a police character certificate from noida police station. I visited the office and submitted all documents. The application has been rejected at SP office.

There is no contact number of SP office. How should I file appeal for it when I don't know the reason for rejection of my application? There is no reason for rejection of the application mentioned on the UP COP help. I dont have any cases pending on my name and have submitted all documents that are required for the PCC.

Also, if anyone has any liasioning sources in the department (Noida) to get it quickly, pls DM.
