What's the best platform to use for app and websites backend hosting?

Hi guys,

It's been a while since I last posted about my app project. I am in the build process. Meanwhile I am curious what platform for hosting my backend and the website.

Probably the one which is the cheapest. At least for the first phase.

Looking forward to your recommendations.
