Paying 12k a year on daycare

Realistically 12k a year isn’t too bad but I didn’t open a fsa and have to wait until the next cycle to open one. So i’d like to be able to get something better then 2% back and preferably be able to put it into savings account. I do have the 2% cash back us bank card already but they have a maintenance fee on their savings account and i don’t really feel like moving a couple grand into a savings account at only 4% to get around it. Does anyone know of any cards where I could do this. My goal would be 3% back if possible. Someone did post about this before but it was two years ago and i’m wondering if there are any more viable options now?
