How to loosen t10 screws on the surge

I have been at it for like 2 hours now I just want to loosen them so I can put a second t-shank holder in it. The problem i that I just cant get the both t10 screws ro open. Both just spin in circles if one gets turned. I cant get the Bond to break. I have no heat gun and I tried giving it my all with the soldering iron but I just cant get them to loosen. Please help me
