Attainment -Poisoning the water hole

PSA: The fact that I even have to say this but come on guys...PLEASE. If you work through your lunches and breaks you are creating a trap for us the following year. If you are leadership you should REALLY know this. I for one am tired of trying to output the work of 3 people. If one person punches out everyday for lunch and continues to work that 2.5 hours of labor a week. 130 hours of ghost hours a year that the company will think that we can meet. I refuse to do the work of 6 people next year (ugh, also pretty sure it's illegal) just because you want to do a billion dollar company a favor. I don't! And I DON'T CARE ABOUT ANY OF YOUR BONUSES.L or your ability to flaunt how great your department is. STOP CHEATING!!!!
