Update on breast lump at 19yo and questions about the future .

i (19f) posted earlier last week about my breast exam appointment and I just got out a few minutes ago. Doctor laid me down and began the exam and immediately told me my breast are just full of cysts and that they‘re very fibrous. When I sat back up, I made sure to tell her to feel the area of exactly where my most worrisome lump is and she felt it (though idk if she really felt it correctly) and still said it just felt like lumpy tissue and a cyst. No worrisome textures according to her. I got recommended primrose oil 3 times a day , no further imaging but asked to come back if any changes happen in 3 months .

My question is, should I still have pushed for an ultrasound at least because of my one specific lump ? Is it normal to not be sent for imaging and to be told it’s cysts from touch ? Could it be dangerous to not push for an ultrasound ?
