Colleen Vera Hansen LeFevre murdered 8-14-1979

she is my maternal grandmother, I've know my whole life that my grandmother was murdered.

I know that my grandparents separated because my grandmother was told by a friend that she seen my grandfather dancing at a bar with a woman and my grandmother believed her and thought he was cheating on her so she filed for divorce but kept his last name her name at birth was Colleen vera hansen. she married Ellis Paul LeFevre they had 9 children, my mother Ronda is their oldest child and I am her youngest, so getting information about her murder is hard. Talking to my mother about it last week was still hard for her to talk about, it's been 47 years since she was murdered.

I was always told that she had cashed her paycheck and met a boyfriend at a bar in or near panaca Nevada, I don't know the name or location of the bar but after talking with her boyfriend and telling him she just cashed her check of $300 and was now heading home, she left the bar. After driving leaving she must have noticed a car following her and changed her route, she didn't go home but went outside of town where she was forced off the road, two men made her give them the $300 and then they murdered her.

After looking it all up recently and finding out that the man who was convicted of her murder also murdered and injured others in arizona, he is now serving life in a Nevada state prison.

After reading the news article and other stuff posted above I am confused how they connected Jose Jaime Aguilar to her murder?

The other incidents and murders sound like drive by shootings, whereas my grandmother's murder is a single murder in a small town in the middle of nowhere Nevada, and the other victims were walking on the street and shot, I believe they were one or two shots whereas my grandmother was shot 4 times at close range and apparently bitten (location unknown) and police had proven that the indentation's matched Aguilar's teeth, DNA wasn't available at the time so they probably didn't take samples from her skin.

Just wondering if any of you have any info that I don't, I'm looking for anything connected to my grandmother.

This is an edited copy of a comment I made on somebody else's post about my grandmother but I decided I wanted to put out a new post about her hoping somebody might know more than I can find. I do plan on contacting the Seventh Judicial District Court of Nevada, located in Lincoln County to see if they can make copies of the case info to send to me but I'm in the middle of moving across state lines and plan on doing that after we move and get settled.
