Built a private way to send travel updates home instead of a group chat. Looking for willing testers who are currently traveling

I built a private letter-writing platform for staying in touch with family and friends while you're away, and I'm looking for people in the middle of an actual trip to try it and tell me honestly if it's useful.

The problem I had during my own travels previously this year: when you're doing something out of the ordinary (a long trip, living abroad for a while, sailing somewhere), you end up with genuinely good stories, but there's not really a practical way to share both images and text. A group chat gets buried after two days. Instagram means writing for an algorithm and an audience wider than you intended. Emailing the same update to fifteen people one at a time doesn't scale - and readers may not have a way out except an awkward conversation.

The idea is simple. You write one letter, it goes out personalized to a small number of people you actually invited (parents, a sibling, close friends), and it lands in their normal email-inbox (and in app but they don't need to register for the platform in the first place to recieve), not a public feed. No followers, no discovery, no like counts. They can react so you know it landed, but only you see that, never the rest of the group.

If you're currently traveling, or about to be, and this sounds like something you'd actually use, I'd love to have you try it and tell me what's missing.

The site is everletter.me
