Training file sign off questions

Hi all

My TC ends on September 23rd.

What happens if I record all my days after it? You're supposed to record your PWE until that day so what happens when that date passes and I, for example, record my dates the week after?

Also I have not done all my exams yet, I have 1 left, does that mean I can't sign off and I need to extend?

Thanks all
