Selling or holding my 900 K business pest control?

I have a business partner and someone that bought in 15% so my equity has been diluted down to 42% do about 900 K in revenue annually have about 200 k in debt and we can see one branch for 900 k and keep 100 k in. a smaller branch to scale right now we want to buy 15 percent partner out and scale the more profitable business even though that means going backwards would take 300 k home net after paying off business loans. the debt is too high for my liking. am I crazy that I value financial peace and still an opportunity to semi start over?
