Silknet issue

Hello! It's been 2-3 months that I've swapped from Magticom to Silknet overall it's been fine but recently multiple times a day there's 1-2 minute period in which the internet completely goes away and then comes back and hours later goes away again, IT'S SO ANNOYING. So, I was wondering is this my issue or anyone else using SIlknet optical internet also experiencing this issue cause when I was with Magti I had 0 issues of the sort.
