The one that stood out most: measurement. Nearly half the most AI-advanced orgs formally track what AI delivers. Almost none of the beginners bother.

A few others worth chewing on:

• 14% of beginners say leadership actually backs AI. For the most advanced orgs it's 91%.
• Advanced orgs use AI across 6+ areas of work. Beginners, more like 2.
• 4 in 5 advanced orgs are already piloting or running AI agents.
