Playing DST Against Your Starters

Have the Vikings defense from draft and they are facing GB this week then Chicago next. Steelers are available and they are playing the Falcons. Against Tua it sounds like a win. Problem is that I have Bijan and Pitts on my team.

Should I just risk it and grab Pittsburgh and hope everyone scores or stick with Vikings? Also available are Tennessee (vs NYJ) and Detroit (vs NO)
