Lighting placement and install

Working on finishing an unfinished room. I have most of the rough electrical done. Lighting is next.

Here they want rough in boxes wired as part of rough electrical and rough in rings.

1 - attached is the plan ChatGPT put together for placement. Is this about right? I am planning on 6” wafer LED’s x 12 for the main area. 2 for office area. And 1 for entrance.

Then 2 sconces on each side of the room (beside the windows).

2 - any suggestions on rough in rings and light models to use? This will be a media room so I’m debating whether I just do the basic Home Depot lights or something nicer. Not really sure what to do.

Any ideas?
