I’ve been doing great on full length tests, but not single questions

When taking full length practice tests i’ve been averaging 1480, but now as i’m doing practice questions it feels like every other question i make a stupid arithmetic mistake or misread a question, or in english i don’t understand a passage or i make a grammar error. Has this happened to anyone else? Am i cooked for the september test 🙏
