Keep Jonathan Brooks Rostered? Drop Brooks for upside of Chris Bell?

I play in a 10 person keeper league full point Ppr. We only keep 2 players from our roster each season for max of 3 years.

We start 1 RB, 2WR, 1 TE and 2 Flex. I have Bijan, Love, Brooks and Price as my RBs and have solid WRs (JSN, Nabers, Tet, KC Conception and Michael Wilson.)

Would you drop Brooks for Chris Bell? I’m considering it.
