Lost Cosmetic Progress With Loveless Update

Pretty much the title, I know there's an issue with vault card progress being lost, but I've also lost a lot of cosmetics that you would normally get from side quests, I still have everything on my other characters, but loveless, even with the cross progression turned on, is missing a lot of the cosmetics I've worked for in the past. I went to borderlands support and they just told me they knew there was a vault card issue, said it was being worked on, and then cut off the session, is there anything I can do about this or do I have to basically 100% the game again.
